Refund and Returns Policy

This returns policy (this “Policy”) forms part of the terms and conditions which can be accessed here: [hyperlink terms and conditions]. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
Diffusers, soaps and candles unless kept in their original packaging and not opened cannot be returned.

2. Process

To return an item, you must log your return via email at the following email address Return items must be presented either in person at the store or must be sent to the following address at your own cost and together with the proof of payment for your item:

3. Products that are not eligible for return

The following products are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

• sale items;

• fabric that has been ordered and printed;

• cut fabric; and

• made to order products eg: slipcovers, curtains, cushions etc.

4. Refunds or Exchanges

Once we have inspected the item and are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund you in full within [30 (thirty) days].

5. Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. If on delivery, the product is defective in any material respect, you must give written notice of the defect to us as soon possible. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice either deliver the correct product to you or refund you the purchase price within 30 (thirty) days of the return.

6. Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
